Kerrie is an Associate of Seed and is strategically and commercially agile, reflecting a broad point of reference gained across a range of sectors, industries, customer segments, business functions and diverse cyclical market patterns. She has extensive experience in the retail markets and is a specialist in developing and deploying commercial strategy by creating tangible visions of the future, articulating strategic intent and developing and deploying supporting business plans, budgets and performance scorecards.
Kerrie’s experience includes leading the design and deployment of strategic planning and performance management processes and protocols, designing distribution strategies for retail energy sales, ’go to market’ campaigning frameworks and segment specific sales planning methodologies for energy retail activities. Extending to formulation of organisational blueprints for energy sales incentives, benchmarking against best in class schemes and configuring implementation plans to disruption.
Kerrie has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and a Master of Marketing from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle. She also has experience working with and for Tier One companies in the financial services sector, within the business to business, business to consumer segments within retail banking, funds management and superannuation sectors.
