Kerrie’s experience within the energy sector includes:

  • Leading the design and deployment of the inaugural strategic planning and performance management processes and protocols for AGL, Australia largest energy retailer, encompassing 4 business segments, 2 brands and a broad range of sales, service and support functions. Ensuring that capabilities were in place to respond to emergent issues such as AMI and other regulatory and consumer led changes.
  • Analysis of changes to the size of the energy markets and retail market shares since deregulation, leading to the development of Distribution Strategy and associated ’go to market’ campaigning frameworks for AGL. Leading edge analytic techniques are utilised to demonstrate the need for change.
  • Development and deployment of segment specific sales planning methodologies for energy retail activities, reporting frameworks and protocols, linking directly to annual targets and sales incentives.
  • Developing an organisational blueprint for energy sales incentives, benchmarking against best in class schemes and configuring implementation plans to minimise business disruption.
